ARE YOU AN EMOTIONAL EATER?

The workshop is open to anyone who experiences any form of emotional eating, which may include symptoms such as; being embarrassed about how much you eat, eating when stressed or tense, feeling numb when eating, feeling guilty, disgusted or depressed after overeating, and desperation to control weight and eating habits.
